History / Background :

Sugita was an otaku since birth. He loved watching anime (especially yaoi and yuri and hentai) since birth. He did not feel parental love since he was an orphan since birth. Until he was adopted by a man named Mr. %$@#!. They lived at the Mountains, fought dancing ballerina bears and ate dancing ballerina meat for breakfast till dinner. They were the happiest family to ever set foot on Earth. But they're bond was destroyed when Mrs. ^&%$# burned the whole mountain to construct a shabu shabu factory. Mr. 1234 died but Sugita lived. He did not care for his father so he just left and lived a new life.

But Sugita's father hunted Sugita saying "Give me back my dancing ballerina meat, gimme!!!". Sugita was scared he ran for his life. He bumped on Ran Gaku's gate and went inside the gate, there he fought his father's spirit. He used his tonfa to put his father to rest.
He decided to monitor the school in case his father's spirit came back from the dead seeking for revenge.

After that, he met Haruka Koyomi. She saw how he fought so she gave him the position of discipline officer. And so,
