Even if he's a bit violent, He is kind-hearted, and is very righteous. He is also a little wierd because of his anime addictions. HISTORY:
Hikari is the 4th child of the 6 children of the Famous Inoue family in Gaku Town. The Inoue Family was one of the richest families in Japan, and even maybe one of the top 50 richest family. Souji Inoue, is the father and has a secret life of a leader of a successful mafia in Japan. Souji Inoue also have connectons from all over the world. Sakurano Inoue, the mother, is the PResident of the Education Department of Japan, and even sometimes chosen to manage Education Issues in the Meeting of Great Nations. The two strongest person combined and made Inoue Family one of the most respected.

Hikari wasnt really the First President of Odd-Jobs.
It was a girl who always wore a white bunny hat.
That girl was weird and was avoided because she said 'She could read minds' But she was kind cause he aimed to help anyone....But everyone ignored her and bullied her because of her weirdness....
But Hikari, despite his good popularity with the students of his school, went on and became friends with Her
They would always talk inside the room where the girl can be found.
One day, bad news stroke the school of the girl's death. Rumors said she killed herself because she suffered from loneliness and all the bullying. But the school....never cared about her. No one visited her funeral, and thought about her.
Hikari felt bad, he felt angry with the students. We wanted to change them. He wanted to stop all of this bullies, and all the flaws of not just his school, but also in other schools. so he reestablished OddJobs aiming to improve the flaws by the schools, and prevent another death like his friend.

He dressed up as a girl just like his friend, to continue her legacy.....

Dad: Masashiro Inoue is the Vice Head of the Education Department in G8. Technically, he also controls most schools all over the world.
Mom: Yuka Inoue is the Boss of one of the strongest Mafia family in Italy. She lives in Italy and never moved back to Japan with her family. She basically has some black market powers.
Siblings:
The Inoue family have 5 siblings, the 6th (the youngest) died because of miscarriage.
The FIRST OLDEST is Alexandria Inoue. She is living with her mom and is the most mature and kindest but strictest sister. Age: 24
